approached 4 companies for quotes, midland asbestos were the only ones who would come and and look at the job properly to give a proper quote. arrived on time, skip arranged and arrivednun advance for non asbestos products, workmen were friendly, punctual, clean and tidy and did a wonderful job.

Absolutely delighted with the service received. It took me at least six months from receiving an initial quote to approving it (my own fault for the delay) but Tracy in the office was incredibly patient and helpful answering any questions I had. The team arrived on the day arranged and left the area clean and tidy. They even took some extra rubbish which I'd accidentally left so bonus points for that! Really happy and would 100% recommend. From my initial contact to the completion of my garage ceiling asbestos AIB board removal the service I received was five star. I was very impressed with the whole team who were both friendly, very experienced and completed the work in the specified time. From the initial survey to the removal Midlands Asbestos Solutions have been quick, efficient, communicated clearly and helpful.  I had them do a survey of my house before having some work done given the age of the property.  They did a thorough survey and thankfully found the small bit of asbestos in the aga. Requested a sample of some floor tiles found under existing kitchen floor. Very friendly and helpful staff member answered the phoned. Appointment was made and someone came round and collected the sample which is then sent to a UKAS accredited lab. Results received a few days later with certificate. No asbestos found fortunately. Yes it is more expensive than doing these ones where you do it yourself and post it off, but you know it is done right, also they have a lot more overheads to cover.
