Very friendly and helpful staff member answered the phoned. Appointment was made and someone came round and collected the sample which is then sent to a UKAS accredited lab. Results received a few days later with certificate. No asbestos found fortunately. Yes it is more expensive than doing these ones where you do it yourself and post it off, but you know it is done right, also they have a lot more overheads to cover.
