The offices were undergoing a major refurbishment programme which included the removal of AIB lining enclosed in metal casing to fourteen columns and AIB blind boxes to the courtyard window elevation.
As other parts of the building were still occupied, MAS opted for a modular decontamination unit which was cited in the open plan office by the two enclosures.
