MAS Ltd are thrilled to have achieved the ‘Quality Assurance Award’ from ARCA.

The ARCA Site Audit Accreditation Scheme is a major step in the process of trying to improve standards within the industry.

The scheme involves an ARCA site auditor attending 3 licensed projects initially in the first year, then twice annually every year following this to maintain this status.

The audit assesses site documentation, equipment, site organisation, site supervisors and operatives and the enclosures/ airlocks to ensure all work is carried out to their high standards.

Midlands Asbestos Solutions Ltd had their third and final annual ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) site audit at Trent College, Long Eaton last week. The project was completed last Friday and included the removal of the Asbestos Insulation Board (AIB) ceiling.

The project went well and was completed on time and within budget and MAS Ltd also impressed the HSE who attended site without notice. The only minor issue mentioned was our unclean shaven Site Operative but this was rectified immediately which the HSE were more than happy with.

MAS Ltd ensure the accuracy of all paperwork is completed to a high standard to guarantee the health and safety of our Supervisors and Operatives is maintained at all times.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled at the way our external staff executed themselves and we are pleased to say we passed with flying colours.
